Received a call from a school kid at Dupont Park Seventh Day Adventist, which is right across Massachusetts Ave. from the park. She thinks she saw Midnight this morning and said her friend(also spoke to) saw him earlier in the week, also in the morning. They both described a black dog with brown feet (friend said brown on chest as well) sniffing calmly around the park side of Massachusetts Ave.
This could be our guy!

I met you this morning (black woman, dreadlocks, teal car) in the park. The more I think about it, I think you should put some fliers in my neighborhood. It is the section that is in that is bodered by Southern Avenue, Benning Road and Marlboro Pike and is known Coral Hills. I think I saw him one morning last week while was waiting for my bus. It was not the one with the black collar that I usually see. If it was him he was sniffing around the apartment complex across from me called Highland Ridge, this is at the intersection of Benning and southern. Good luck and I will stay alert.

Thanks Ellis-- definitely keep your eyes peeled and let me know if you see him again. The last time we saw him he was wearing his bright orange collar... so I hope he still is!
